These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lumio online store (www.lumiodirect.com) and any purchase you make through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Each order is governed by the version in effect when you place it.

Our store runs on Shopify, but your purchase is made directly with us. Shopify is not a party to the sale.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and keep your account secure if you create one. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your screen. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. All shipping costs and fees are shown before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we will notify you and you may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders
You add products to your cart, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct your information before paying. We will email you an order confirmation, which serves as your receipt. We may cancel an order before it ships if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud; in that case, you will receive a full refund.

Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you place your order through a secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. We bear the risk of loss until the product is delivered to you or the person you designate.

Returns and refunds
You may return products as described in our Refund Policy. We are the seller and are responsible to you, even if your product is shipped directly by one of our suppliers.

Warranty
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [30] days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Except as stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is,” without other warranties, express or implied.

Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, and design of this store belong to Sebastian Quiñonez or its licensors and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify.

Use of the store
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses, scrape data, or access it with bots or automated agents that do not identify themselves. Reviews you post must be truthful and respectful; we may remove unlawful or offensive content. We may block access to anyone who violates these Terms.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for damages caused by misuse of the store, for delays caused by events beyond our control, or for third-party websites or tools linked from our store. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms. Changes apply only to orders placed after they are posted.

Governing law and disputes
